It is OFFICIAL!!!!  Mayor Michael Quill proclaimed Harriet Ross Tubman Davis Year 2013 at last night's Auburn City Council Meeting. OFFICIAL KICK OFF to Harriet Tubman weekend - celebrating 100 years since her passing. Let's CELEBRATE and HONOR Auburn's hometown HERO!
