aaduna... READY TO DO THE WORK!

Truth be told, the opening phrase should be CONTINUING TO DO THE WORK. While the self-imposed hiatus prompted a significant impact on the publication schedule that affected two issues, that momentary dis-alignment is over. The pending issue is being wrapped and we are looking forward to a release date within the next several weeks. So, what have we been up to?     aaduna further empowered its public reading programs with a major presentation at the Women’s Rights National Historic Park in historic Seneca Falls, NY that featured an afternoon of powerful poetry and performance by three women creatives. The journal continued its collaboration with the Cayuga Museum of History and Art and Olive Trees, a print zine, in the bi-weekly literary series, “ word, revisited. ” Interestingly, aaduna’s publisher will close out the 2019-20 season in November with a reading and multi-media presentation noting aspects of his life.   An emerging poet was presented at the Seward House Mu
