 While it was a typical winter's evening, the Board of Advisors convened; had a good discussion, and will finalize action on the By-Laws and ratification of board officers at the June 27 meeting.  That meeting will convene at 6 PM with dinner available at 5:30 PM.   

The process of preparing the Spring/Summer issue is underway, and your suggestions are always welcome.
