aaduna kicks-off Seward House Museum’s 2020 First Friday Series
bill berry, jr., CEO/Publisher, aaduna, Inc and Dick Ford, keyboardist, perform at the Seward House Museum, Auburn, NY to celebrate September First Friday. (09 04 2020) |
Words flowed from bill berry, jr. (aaduna’s publisher) as he delivered his rhythmic poetic narratives.
Dick Ford tickling the ivories |
Dick Ford provided a solo musical backdrop and performed several renditions of popular standards on his keyboards. Ford even sang classic songs from the repertoire of Fats Waller and Alberta Hunter as well as other composers and musicians.
berry read 2019 and 2020 works that explored the current state of social unrest, racial animosity, the dynamics of caring, aging, and aspects of love’s complexities.
Under the late afternoon sunlight and
soft clouds, the opening to First Fridays was a delightful affair of words and
music, music and words.
